Profit sharing is calculated on your gross revenue. If you spend money on ads that turn a profit, you can deduct that ad spend. We share in the upside of ads, but not the downside. Simple.
Yes, there's a buyout clause built into the agreement. Early termination requires: 60-day written notice, buyout payment based on remaining contract value, and settlement of any outstanding profit share through the exit date.
